Training
Their are many reasons to train at RCGT. Some people want a more formal training in Gem Therapeutics to add it to their wellness or bodywork offerings. Others want to get enough training to become "quality observers" to support the research. Still others are interested in the larger perspective on health which includes bio-fields and the future of technology. Whatever your reasons we find training opens up new vistas for students and deepens what they do regardless of profession. Note: This Training area shows courses and certification programs. For more info on intro classes check out the Events link in the header to learn about other events. This area is for more serious courses.
Certification Courses
In levels 1-3 students learn about the basics of Gem Therapeutics. The foundations are all here. Learn from pioneers in the field in a small class setting with lots of interactive, experiential time to gain the skills you need to take this where you want to go.
Gem Therapeutics Level 1
In GTL1, you will learn:

7 Aspects of Self (AOS) affected by therapeutic gems.

7 Acugem tools that work in these areas

Numerous protocols with each Acugem you can use on yourself for self healing

Gem Therapeutics Level 2: GTL2:
Builds physical performance. It goes into bio-hacking territory to improve the body-mind connection. It also works on how to optimize the way we feel emotions in the body and how we think. The map you gain in level 1 of the Aspects of Self is upgraded with deeper knowledge and 16 more gems that can give you an ability to bio-hack your own bio-field. Learn how stress can be reigned in and dealt with on different levels. Learn more about your body intelligence and nature intelligence and how to work with these forms of intelligence using acu-gems.

Gem Therapeutics Level 3
Gem Therapeutics Level 3: GTL3 is an 8 class series that takes the grounded foundation you acquired in level 2 and expands your understanding of the theory of life force as rays of life or "color rays" and how it breaks apart into different qualities each with a different purpose for life and health. Think if it as white light breaking into many colors. Level 3 is essential for understanding the deeper connection we can have with the bio-field and how to move healing energy and how it functions on a fundamental level. You will learn 24 stones in this level. 8 Stones which are the main stones for each color ray. And 2 modifiers that access more expansive or grounded aspect of that Ray. Its with the successful completion of this level that we can do work on others.

Specialty Skills Courses For Grads
These are courses that may be done for those with a more specialized interest in a subject within Gem Therapeutics that is not in the certification course. Ray Skills classes are usually based on a test for affinity. You can request a test to determine your color ray affinity.

Advanced Graduate Courses & Apprenticeship Programs
TND: Therapeutic Necklace Design
(An Apprenticeship Program)
This is a very challenging course with many prerequisites and even specific talents that are required to be able to complete even the first level of this program. It is by far the hardest course RCGT offers. In Addition, as an apprenticeship the course is not time based but achievement based. You must show you can apply the principles and make successful designs with them. Each level is a set of things to learn and apply. Consistent Successful Application of the principles allows you to enter the next level. Designers must develop the required skills and show competency to be able to make the world's most cutting-edge therapeutic necklace designs. If that does not discourage you, continue on. This course is for serious applicants only. Not for hobbyists.
The Prerequisites

Completion of Gem Therapeutics Levels 1-3

Choose a Final Project marking an area of research you wish to pursue as a designer.

You must formally apply in writing with your reason for wanting to be a designer. And be accepted.

You must have high enough scores in your written and practical exams in Levels 1-3 of Gem Therapeutics.

You must complete an orientation process to make sure you understand the rigor involved in the work.
-
You must be willing to track your findings and catalogue them in the RCGT database. You must be aligned with the RCGT mission.

You must work closely with other designers to regulary evaluate your work.
-
You must have the talent and skill and health to withstand the physically and energetically demanding nature of Therapeutic Necklace Design.

You must be able to excel in stringing, designing and frequency conditioning as well as pattern matching to stay in the apprenticeship.

You must have great patience as the nature of this work is that it takes tremendous patience and focus.

You must be willing to take direction as well as have your own style and voice as a designer to grow.

You must uphold the standards of RCGT for quality.
-
You must uphold the "standards of research" as RCGT takes anecdotal findings and brings them all the way through to peer reviewed and goes through the five levels of research rigor.

You can share your personal experience but you can not make claims, as we are here to discover what is true and through repeatable results and various levels of testing to prove what works.

You must be able to communicate clearly about what you find in a structured way even when encountering bio-field adjustments and frequencies that make it hard to communicate. This includes both written and verbal communication skills.

You have to be willing to let go of what you know to allow the insights in front of you to be witnessed and applied. You have to be willing to be wrong and admit when you are.
-
This work requires tremendous discernment. And you have to grow as a person to get to the deeper levels of design.

The physical, mental and energetic demands are pretty extreme. Much harder than lifting 50lb weights in 90degree heat. The adjustments to the bio-field when exploring new designs require exceptional grounding ability and energetic resilience so it can be far more draining than any manual or mental labor alone.

Focus on a single design can require many hours of continuous focus without a break at times.

This course takes as long as it takes. It may take up to four years to complete training. There is no guarantee that you will be able to complete it.
Tuition for TND
If your application is accepted, tuition for the TND apprenticeship program is a one-time charge plus a low monthly charge and then its based on hands on time with instructors and you can work through the course material at your own pace to complete a level. You also will need to buy your own materials. Request an orientation consult after you've complete GTL1 through GTL3 and graduated.

Career Electives

Career Electives There are more than 40 career electives for those who want to create ways to add gem therapeutics tools to their current career. Career based electives become available to students at level 2 of Gem Therapeutics training.

Career Electives Options are released to students as they become eligible during specific levels of courses.

Serious students may also request a New Career Elective be developed for a career type that is not currently available so they can better integrate GT with the career they enjoy most.
Student Clinics
Please note that Student Clinics are not currently listed on the website.

Student Clinics are only available to students to take as training and not something a person can buy as training.

Student Clinics are something new clients can pay for to receive a (GTS) Gem Therapeutics session at a discount.

Students are required to perform and chart a certain number of GTS hours to complete the course work.

Level 3 Grads can charge $100/hr, But level 2 students can charge $75/hr in a student clinic. GT Instructors can charge $150/hr for a GT session.

Students donate money during clinic to cover cost of putting on the clinic. But charging people money and getting paid are a part of valuing the work and an important exercise with gem-based healing. This also helps students to charge a fair price when they graduate and gain confidence in the value of the work. Students after graduation may charge whatever they wish above the fair rate. Going below it is considered undercutting and is frowned upon by the GT student and grad community.
Teacher Training: To Teach GTL1- GTL3

Teacher Training details require Auditing GTL1 through GTL3 multiple times:

The first time auditing the student focus is on looking at how the teacher does basic techniques of teaching and covering the core material and handling what comes up.

The student becomes an assistant teacher beginning the second time auditing.

At each level the Senior Teacher evaluates the student in ability to perform specific teaching skills.

You will work to cover the core curriculum and also create new electives true to the standards of RCGT

At end of training you become certified to teach as a RCGT teacher.

Graduation is based on aptitude in all core areas. There will be a written and practical exam for teachers.

You will stay after class to get feedback and learn how to see the class from different perspectives and get key insights to serve you in becoming a Gem Therapeutics teacher.

Teacher Training also has electives

If you are weak in a core area you can take an elective in an area to get more knowledge on how to do it well.

You may wish to have specialties within the field of Gem Therapeutics and you can request an elective for a specific area of GT you want to specialize in.
